Get out and visit Salerno’s to celebrate National Pizza Month this month! Vince and Ida Salerno wanted to live “the American dream” and succeeded by opening this wonderful restaurant. Salerno’s Restaurant and Pizzeria originated in Berwyn, IL in 1966. Starting as a small neighborhood bar, it quickly turned into a successful Italian Restaurant serving 95% homemade foods and Chicago style pizza. Salerno's is about 2 miles from Liv Northgate Apartments.
